Hello! My name is Paige Krest and I am excited to be a REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Realty servicing the Charleston, SC area.
I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to every aspect of a real estate transaction! I worked as an escrow officer with First Hawaii Title and Escrow for more than 5 years as well as an office manager and agent assistant at Bali Hai Realty for 10 years, both on the island of Kauai, HI.
Hawaii is an escrow state, and in an escrow state, an escrow officer directs the closing of a real estate transaction. Whether it be between a buyer and seller or a lender and borrower, the escrow officer is the neutral third party playing director to the transaction.
I was also a personal chef for 9 years and had many repeat high end clients that I built relationships with and provided personalized service for. I have a very strong work ethic along with much experience in tailoring services to client's individual needs.
I hope to make the process of buying and selling as stress free as possible as I enjoy helping others and providing personalized service.
I have a joy for life and enjoy Charleston very much. I love the food scene, enjoy purchasing local produce etc at the farmer’s market, biking around the downtown city streets and W Ashley greenway, hiking and hugging the large oak trees, learning the rich history and doing it all with my family. I also love reading, researching, cooking and listening to music.
